Deliver BREEAM training courses across virtual, online, and in-person classroom formats.
Support the development and updating of training materials to reflect current BREEAM schemes, technical manuals, and process notes.
Develop new course content and CPD modules to meet evolving industry and customer needs.
Provide training for BREEAM Assessors and Advisory Professionals across relevant schemes.
Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate subject matter expertise into Academy training products.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
Contribute to the continuous review and enhancement of course content and learner resources.
Support the growth and visibility of BREEAM training through high-quality delivery and content development.
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of the practical application of BREEAM across relevant schemes.
- Demonstrable knowledge of BREEAM technical manuals, process notes, and the BREEAM Knowledge Base.
- Strong background in sustainability within the built environment.
- Experience delivering training in virtual, online, or classroom settings.
- Experience developing and writing technical training content and learning materials.
- Ability to support the development of CPD modules and updated course resources aligned to scheme changes.
- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver content to agreed deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain BREEAM roles, processes, and requirements.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Commitment to maintaining the quality, integrity, and industry reputation of BREEAM training delivered by BRE.
This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford office, as you will be expected to attend in person (2-3 times per week maximum).
