Your role at BRE
The Client Relationship Manager within BRE's Partnerships Team is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients to support the expansion of BRE's products and brands, including BREEAM. The role acts as a central point of contact for client queries, coordinates with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and supports onboarding, performance monitoring, reporting and commercial processes such as proposals and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and coordinate internal responses
- Support onboarding of new clients, including application processing
- Monitor client performance and provide reporting and analysis to senior management
- Coordinate cost proposals and manage invoicing processes with accurate record keeping
- Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to support account activities
- Maintain regular communication with clients, sharing updates on products and services
- Ensure internal procedures, guidance documents, and FAQs are kept up to date
- Support marketing and business development initiatives, including event representation
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in building and managing client relationships, with a focus on delivering high levels of service and value
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise workloads effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
- Experience of coordinating internal teams and acting as a central point of contact for client activities
- Ability to analyse performance data and produce clear, meaningful reports
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Business Development and Operations functions
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Work Location Options
Hybrid – This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford office, as you will be expected to attend in person (1‐2 times per week). This role will also be expected to travel within the UK for client visits up to once per month and internationally up to 2‐3 times per year.
