At BRE, we're expanding our leadership team and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead growth across Scotland and beyond. This is a key commercial role where you'll shape sales strategy, develop client relationships, and help deliver industry-leading compressed air and gas generation solutions.

What You'll Do
- Lead and grow BRE's sales pipeline across Scotland and Northern regions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
- Identify new opportunities across industrial, commercial, and public sectors.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Analyse market trends and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent BRE and Atlas Copco at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- You're an experienced Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Technical Sales Engineer with a background in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sales.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, consultative approach to sales and client management.
- A good understanding of technical products or engineered systems.
- A full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Experience in compressed air systems, gas generation, or related engineering sectors is advantageous but not essential—full product training will be provided.
