Sales Manager to spearhead growth across Scotland and beyond.

This is a key commercial role where you’ll shape sales strategy, develop client relationships, and help deliver industry-leading compressed air and gas generation solutions.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Lead and grow BRE’s sales pipeline across Scotland and Northern regions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build long‑term relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
  • Identify new opportunities across industrial, commercial, and public sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, bids, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
  • Analyse market trends and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent BRE and Atlas Copco at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • You’re an experienced Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Technical Sales Engineer with a background in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sales.

• You’ll also bring

  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • A proactive, consultative approach to sales and client management.
  • A good understanding of technical products or engineered systems.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
  • Experience in compressed air systems, gas generation, or related engineering sectors is advantageous but not essential—full product training will be provided.
