In this role you will design and develop engaging training across online, virtual and classroom formats, turning BRE’s technical knowledge into accessible learning experiences. You will collaborate with internal experts to shape solutions that support learner performance and align with the Academy’s product roadmap. You’ll produce scripts, storyboards, multimedia content and visuals, while keeping materials accurate and up-to-date. Responsibilities
- Design and develop training materials for online, virtual and in-person delivery
- Translate technical content into clear, impactful learning experiences
- Collaborate with internal experts to shape learning solutions
- Create content using instructional design best practices and modern methodologies
- Develop scripts, storyboards and multimedia for digital and video-based training
- Produce visual assets such as graphics, diagrams and infographics
- Maintain and update training materials for accuracy and relevance
- Support development of new training products aligned with the Academy's roadmap
- Contribute ideas to improve learning design approaches and learner engagement
- Identify customer learning needs and assist in creating tailored solutions
Key requirements
- Experience designing and developing learning content, including digital learning
- Ability to transform complex subject matter into engaging, learner-focused content
- Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle
- Multimedia content creation skills (video, audio, screen-capture)
- Graphic design tools for visual assets
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive learning design
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills for multiple projects
