Overview
In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of BRE partners, ensuring excellent support and engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams to promote BRE services, standards and brands, driving partner satisfaction and growth. Youβll onboard new partners, monitor performance and compliance, and identify opportunities to deepen collaboration. You will represent BRE at events and support cross-functional initiatives to deliver a seamless partner experience and business objectives. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships with high engagement and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact, guiding partners on BRE processes and standards.
- Support onboarding of new partners to establish productive relationships.
- Monitor partner performance and compliance with standards and contracts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships and collaboration.
- Represent BRE at industry events, both in the UK and internationally.
- Support marketing, sales and business development activities that promote BRE and its network.
- Prepare reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience and support business objectives.
Key requirements
- Experience in account management, partnership management, customer success, or similar relationship-focused role.
- Proven ability to build credibility and develop long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging internally and externally.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with multiple priorities.
- Good presentation and influencing skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine focus on delivering value and service.
- Desirable: experience or knowledge of built environment, sustainability, or construction; familiarity with BRE/BREEAM; experience with international customers or partners.
