Brdge AI is a venture studio and AI consultancy working with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise clients to design, build, and launch next-generation products. We operate at the intersection of AI, venture building, and consulting, partnering with ambitious founders and organisations to move from idea to execution quickly.
This is a high-exposure internship where you’ll work closely with the founders on a wide range of initiatives. No two days will look the same — you’ll help drive internal operations, support client work, assist with partnerships, and help execute new ideas. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, structured, and eager to learn how startups and venture studios operate from the inside.
What You’ll Do
- Support founders on strategic and operational projects
- Help create proposals, pitch decks, and client materials
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, and opportunities
- Assist with partnerships and outreach initiatives
- Help improve internal processes and workflows
- Support venture studio projects and new business ideas
- Coordinate across teams (design, product, engineering)
- Assist with content, events, and growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments
