This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of business processes, understands the relationship between systems and operations, and has the people skills to bring teams along on a journey of change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyse and optimise existing business processes, particularly across Operations and Supply Chain Management.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational performance.
  • Lead and coordinate business transformation projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables and milestones are achieved.
  • Work closely with local operational teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions.
  • Ensure local processes are aligned with wider international business processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with international ERP and technical teams to ensure Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM systems are configured to meet business requirements.
  • Drive system adoption and ensure new processes and technologies are successfully embedded across the business.
  • Manage project planning, resource allocation, risks and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide training, documentation and ongoing support to internal users following system implementations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain data integrity across ERP and CRM systems.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues across multiple departments and international locations.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Business Transformation, Process Improvement or Project Management professional who can combine strong analytical and project delivery skills with the ability to influence and engage people at all levels.

You'll ideally have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in process improvement and project management, including a minimum of 2 years working within an international environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully, on time and within budget.
  • Experience in business process optimisation, ideally within Operations or Supply Chain.
  • A good understanding of ERP systems, with experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms particularly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or Lean.
  • Strong change management experience, including engaging teams, managing change readiness and embedding new ways of working.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work across different departments and international teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • The ability to understand technical conversations and translate these into practical solutions for operational teams.
  • Experience using Microsoft project management tools such as MS Project, Teams and Planner.

A degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline would be beneficial, alongside a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.

Occasional international travel may be required.

What's on Offer?

  • Salary of Β£58,000 – Β£65,000 depending on experience.
  • Bonus scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave.
  • Private healthcare and pension.
  • Generous staff purchase scheme.
  • A company mattress of your choice following a qualifying period.
  • Study support.
  • Opportunities for professional development and international collaboration.

Why Apply?
