Do you have a passion for playing a vital role in providing compassionate support to those in need? Our Client, a leading housing association, are seeking individuals who share their passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of their community members.

Purpose of role: Complete detailed and thorough sign-ups to ensure that new clients moving into the service understand their rights and responsibilities and the conditions of their licence agreement and have a valid Housing Benefit claim in place.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Progress and track referrals made into the service and outcomes for service users moving on from service via our case management system and the Bristol HSR (housing support register).
  • Ensure that all clients are provided with a high-quality person-centred service which takes a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.
  • Ensure all new clients moving into the service understand their rights and responsibilities and the conditions of their licence agreement and have a valid Housing Benefit claim in place.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in social work, housing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, working with individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (desirable).
