Are you an Estates Surveyor, seeking your next contract in Devon? My client has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their Corporate Property Team on an initial interim basis. The successful applicant will manage commercial estate management of the diverse commercial property portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- To undertake the valuations and negotiations that arise in connection with:
- the grant of leases, tenancies, licences, wayleaves and easements
- terminations and lease end/surrenders
- rent reviews and lease renewals
- property disposal and acquisition
- insurance rating assessments
- lease re-gears
- capital accounting purposes/asset valuations
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be a full RICS member and/or eligible as a RICS registered valuer.
- They will also have up to date knowledge of property law and a strong knowledge and understanding of the commercial property market.
