Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Type: 6 Month Contract Location: Neath Salary: Negotiable Hours: Full time – 37 hours BRC are working closely with a Electrical Supervisor to join the team of a respected housing association on a 6-month temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring electrical compliance and safety across a diverse property portfolio Duties: Oversee electrical compliance in accordance with statutory regulations and internal policies. Conduct inspections and ensure remedial works are identified and completed effectively. Maintain accurate documentation using certification software and the TCW documentation management system (training provided). Provide detailed reports and advise on compliance matters. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure high standards of service delivery. Support broader property compliance initiatives as required. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar compliance-focused role. A Level 3 qualification in a construction-related discipline (or equivalent experience). Relevant technical qualifications such as P405, IEE 18th Edition IET Regulations, NVQ Level 4, and BS 2391 Inspection and Testing. Proficient in IT, with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and report-writing skills. Excellent time management and organisational abilities. Self-motivated and able to manage workloads independently. Knowledge of certification software and compliance documentation systems (training available).
