BRC are working closely with a well-established housing association who are looking for a Customer Services Advisor who is available immediately and is passionate about delivering top-tier support within a high performing team.
Duties:
- You will be the first point of contact handling enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with speed, care and professionalism.
- You will respond to queries in an effective and timely manner.
- Support the Customer Services Manager in promoting high performance culture with a strong emphasis on continuous service improvement.
- You will be responsible for accurately logging and processing customer requests related to repairs, anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes always ensuring all actions follow established procedures.
- You will closely collaborate with the Income Recovery team to help reduce rental income loss by encouraging a culture of timely payments.
Requirements:
- Good level of literacy and numeracy, educated to GCSE grade C or higher.
- The ability to use Microsoft Office packages and able to pick up new systems quickly.
- At least 2 years’ experience of working in a customer facing role.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Be able to maintain a professional and calm manner under pressure.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Be available immediately.
- Be able to commute to the office at least 1-2 days a week.
