Are you an experienced Scheduler, seeking a new permanent role in Hampshire?
My client has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Scheduler to lead a small team, ensuring diaries of the trade operatives are optimised in line with the SLA, increasing productivity, reducing cost and maintaining outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage workload to ensure completion of all jobs by the end of each working day.
Allocating daily tasks, as per the requirements of the business to optimise productivity and achieve all KPIs.
- Undertake day to day line management of Schedulers, to include great conversations; escalating any serious performance or behaviour
- Ensure the case management database is kept up to date and accurate, and allocation of works tracked.
- Review quoted works with Supervisor / Surveyor before adding them to the SPO app, track approval, raise works, liaise with contractor updates for PO and instruct contractor once PO confirmed.
- Manage works to include ordering materials such as Kitchens via appropriate portal, ensure materials have been delivered in timely manner.
- Liaise with Disrepair Supervisor and contractor to manage works, confirm dates agreed, follow works through to completion, including arranging Surveyor to complete Post Inspections of works in a timely manner
- Ensure pre inspection and follow on works are scheduled and recorded within the required SLA to include confirmation letters to customers.
- Main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including working closely with the Legal team, customer relations and any other high profile complaints.
- Create monthly Disrepair reporting slides and submit to Healthy Homes Senior Operations Manager
Requirements
- A sound working knowledge of legal disrepair process and obligations as set out legally and through our regulator
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Experience working in a busy office environment with reactive priorities always maintaining professional office conduct.
- Ability to communicate at all levels and with a variety of audiences. Communication skills to be both written and verbal.
