Type: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

BRC are working closely with a leading housing organisation to recruit a Sales Progressor on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to manage the sales progression process for Shared Ownership and Market Sale properties.

You will work closely with the Regional Sales team, solicitors, mortgage brokers and customers to ensure sales progress efficiently from reservation through to legal completion, delivering an excellent customer experience throughout.

Duties

  • Manage the sales progression of Shared Ownership and Market Sale properties from reservation through to legal completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for solicitors and mortgage brokers throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Liaise with Sales Managers and the Regional Head of Sales to provide accurate forecasts of legal completions.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the sales journey, providing regular updates.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting systems.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports for the management team.
  • Capture customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales progression, conveyancing, estate agency, new homes sales or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of Shared Ownership, home ownership products, the mortgage market and conveyancing processes.
  • Knowledge of the barriers that can delay property sales and the ability to resolve issues proactively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
