BRC are working exclusively with a leading housing organisation to recruit a Continuous Improvement Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Continuous Improvement function and help drive positive organisational change through evidence-based analysis, process improvement, and sustainable service transformation.
Working across the organisation to analyse services, identify improvement opportunities, map processes, facilitate workshops, and support the delivery of measurable improvements that enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Analyse operational data, customer insight, performance information, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Map and evaluate end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, service reviews, and problem-solving sessions with stakeholders across the business.
- Support and deliver continuous improvement projects using structured methodologies such as Systems Thinking and DMAIC.
- Produce clear recommendations and actionable insights based on qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Track project actions, risks, dependencies, and implementation progress.
- Work closely with operational teams to build capability and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure customer experience and feedback are central to improvement activities.
Requirements
- Significant experience in continuous improvement, business analysis, and process mapping within a complex organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex qualitative and quantitative data.
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Systems Thinking, Lean, or DMAIC.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate effectively with teams at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Experience identifying root causes, analysing service performance, and delivering sustainable improvements.
- Ability to build trust quickly and establish credibility across diverse teams.
