We are currently working with one of our key clients in Plymouth to recruit for a Lettings Administrator for an initial 2 month contract.
As a Lettings Administrator, you will be shortlisting candidates on the waiting list, liaising with applicants at the initial stage and gathering documents for allocations, before passing over to the Lettings Officer to complete the Pre Tenancy Assessment and sign-up process.
We are looking for someone who is organised, has good communication skills and works well in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have experience of working in lettings or social housing, although this is not essential.
