You will be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting young people in a supported living accommodation, with occasional short periods of lone working.

  • Collaborate with external agencies (mental health, domestic violence services, landlords, etc.).
  • Help young people prepare for independent living and successful move-on.
  • Adapt communication styles to provide person-centred, creative support.

This is a role where your personality and approach really matter. The young people supported come from diverse backgrounds, and the team reflects that diversity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with young people
  • Determination to achieve the best outcomes for young people
  • Understanding of safeguarding, emotional wellbeing, and mental health
  • Knowledge of support planning
  • Understanding of risk assessment and risk management
