The predicted salary is between 35000 - 35000 £ per year.
A temporary position (initially 1 month with potential extension) based in North Wales, offering a salary equivalent to £35,000. The role requires full-time hours and involves spending approximately 3-4 days per week in the community managing a designated housing patch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and investigating anti-social behaviour cases from initial report through to resolution.
- Carrying out regular estate inspections and identifying any issues requiring action.
- Managing rent accounts and supporting tenants with sustaining their tenancies.
- Conducting tenancy sign-ups and overseeing the lettings process.
- Building positive relationships with residents, partners, and external agencies.
- Ensuring compliance with housing policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Maintaining accurate case notes and housing records using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service across all aspects of housing management.
Qualifications required include:
- Previous experience working within a Housing Officer or ASB Officer role.
- Strong knowledge of housing management, including ASB, rents, lettings, and estate management.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics housing management system.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently across a housing patch.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
