As a Outreach Worker, you will be at the forefront of supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, or social exclusion.

Your role will focus on
- Actively engaging with people who are vulnerable, isolated, or hard to reach.
- Providing tailored advice and support around housing, health, benefits, and wellbeing.
