BRC Jobs is recruiting for a Resettlement & Housing Worker covering Merthyr and Pontypridd for a leading rehabilitation and resettlement charity in South Wales.

You will deliver housing advice, assess needs, and liaise with landlords to secure homes for individuals on release from probation.

You will work closely with Probation and partner agencies to prevent homelessness, support tenancy sustainment, and help clients access wider services.
