BRC are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a supportive mental health service in Ceredigion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced support worker or senior practitioner to lead a team supporting individuals experiencing mental ill-health, homelessness and complex needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of support workers
- Coordinating day-to-day service delivery, caseloads and rotas
- Supporting staff with risk, safeguarding and complex situations
- Working closely with health, social care and other partner agencies
- Supporting staff with induction, supervision and development
- Monitoring records, outcomes and quality of service delivery
- Taking part in an on‑call rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Experience
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, or working towards Level 4/5 Leadership & Management
- Experience within mental health, health or social care
- Experience supporting or leading staff
- Good understanding of safeguarding and risk management
- Strong communication, organisation and report‑writing skills
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Social Care Wales registration desirable
