If so, BRB Recruit would love to hear from you. We are currently supporting a growing provider in their search for a Senior Registered Manager to join their team in Wisbech. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who has successfully managed children's residential homes and can demonstrate a history of delivering high-quality services, strong compliance, and positive Ofsted outcomes.

The Role

  • Provide leadership and oversight across residential services.
  • Support and mentor Registered Managers and Deputy Managers.
  • Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure services operate in line with Ofsted regulations and children's home standards.
  • Support service development and growth.
  • Promote positive outcomes for children and young people across all homes.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to achieve organisational objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care.
  • Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and children's home regulations.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to support, develop, and inspire management teams.
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
