BRB Recruit is partnering with a range of children's homes across Liverpool, supporting providers who are committed to delivering outstanding care. We're seeking a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up to lead a vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in regulations who wants autonomy and control to develop their teams while having full support from the provider.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the day-to-day running of a children's home.
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and all relevant regulations.
- Supporting, coaching, and developing your team to deliver outstanding care.
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety.
- Overseeing staff rotas, budgets, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a children's home management role or deputy ready to step into management.
- Strong knowledge of regulations, inspections, and reporting requirements.
- Must meet reg 28.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to the needs of young people.
- Driving license and willingness to travel locally is advantageous.
