BRB Recruit is currently working with a national provider that is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead their 4-bed children's residential home in Oxford. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager within a children's residential home.
  • Hold a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children's Residential Care.
  • Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding, legislation, Ofsted requirements, and best practice within children's residential services.
  • Must meet Regulation 28 Ofsted Children's Home requirements in terms of management experience.
