BRB Recruit is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a children’s residential care setting in Manchester. You will support staff, lead shifts and help create a safe, nurturing home for young people, working on a 1 on, 2 off rota and reporting to the Manager.
The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families (or equivalent), have solid residential care experience, and possess strong safeguarding knowledge.
