Registered Manager / Deputy Manager – Children’s Home – Liverpool\\n\\nBRB Recruit is partnering with a range of children’s homes across Liverpool, supporting providers who are committed to delivering outstanding care. We’re seeking a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up to lead a vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in regulations who wants autonomy and control to develop their teams while having full support from the provider.\\n\\nAs a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager stepping up, your responsibilities will include:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Leading and managing the day-to-day running of a children’s home.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and all relevant regulations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supporting, coaching, and developing your team to deliver outstanding care.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Overseeing staff rotas, budgets, and operational procedures.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience in a children’s home management role or deputy ready to step into management.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong knowledge of regulations, inspections, and reporting requirements.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Must meet reg 28\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent leadership and communication skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work flexibly and respond to the needs of young people.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Driving license and willingness to travel locally is advantageous\\n\\nBenefits\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive starting salary range: £50,000 per annum.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Autonomy and control to shape your home and lead your team.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full support from experienced providers.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people.\\n\\nReady to lead your team and make an impact?
