Salary: £45,000 – £75,000 per annum + bonus

BRB Recruit are working with a number of children’s homes across Greater Merseyside, ranging from solo, dual, and multi-bed homes. We are looking to speak with passionate, experienced Deputy Managers and Registered Managers who are ready for a new opportunity to utilise and expand their experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a children’s home, ensuring high standards of care
  • Support and develop staff teams to deliver outstanding outcomes
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children
  • Embed therapeutic approaches into everyday practice
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities and external partners
  • Monitor and improve outcomes for children and young people

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Children & Young People (essential)
  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management (preferred)
  • Experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in residential childcare
  • Strong knowledge of regulations, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage a home effectively
  • Passion for supporting children and young people to succeed
