Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager within a children's residential home.
- Hold a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children's Residential Care.
- Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of safeguarding, legislation, Ofsted requirements, and best practice within children's residential services.
- Must meet Regulation 28 Ofsted Children's Home requirements in terms of management experience.
