  • Current Registered Managers.
  • Experienced Deputy Managers ready for the next step.
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children's home standards.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
  • Must meet Regulation 28 Ofsted Children's Home requirements in terms of management experience.
