Both organisations are committed to delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people through a therapeutic and child-centred approach. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers and Team Leaders to join their dedicated teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people within a residential setting.
- Promote positive outcomes through therapeutic and relationship-based practice.
- Support young people with daily living activities, education, appointments, and recreational activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships.
