The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are maintained at all times. You will lead and develop a dedicated team, create a positive culture within the home, and ensure young people receive the support they need to thrive and achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager within a children’s residential setting.
  • Hold a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children’s Residential Care.
  • Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Child Care.
