What you’ll do
- Welcome and look after clients.
- Manage bookings, rebooking, cancellations and waiting lists.
- Handle deposits and payments.
- Manage phone, WhatsApp and email enquiries.
- Use booking and salon management systems.
- Help manage the diary and fill last‑minute availability.
- Encourage appropriate rebooking, upgrades, add‑ons and retail.
- Prepare and serve coffees, teas and refreshments.
- Support the team during busy periods.
- Help maintain excellent reception and salon standards.
- Assist with stock, supplies and daily organisation.
- Handle client concerns professionally.
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day issues and escalation when needed.
**hands‑on senior reception role**, not a basic receptionist position.
What we’re looking for
- Strong customer service or hospitality experience.
- Confident using booking, reservation, POS, CRM or similar systems.
- Highly organised and reliable.
- Warm and confident with clients.
- Proactive and comfortable taking responsibility.
- Calm under pressure.
- Commercially aware.
- Minimum **2 years’ relevant customer‑facing experience**.
**Beauty experience is not essential.**

Pay

Hours
