Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)

Are you a Multi-skilled Engineer looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with a strong salary, generous pension, and an excellent benefits package? Due to continued growth and internal development, they are now looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their close-knit engineering team.

The Role:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of machinery and plant.
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site.
  • Working closely with production to identify and resolve maintenance issues quickly.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards.

About You:

  • Time-served or qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical).
  • Ideally multi-skilled with experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environment.
  • Proactive approach to fault finding and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working a rotating day shift (6-2 / 2-10, Monday to Friday only).
