Are you an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are working with a well-established manufacturer in Keighley that is looking to strengthen its engineering team with a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) on a Panama days-only shift pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, process-driven site with a strong focus on engineering standards, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.

The Role

  • Electrical maintenance and fault finding on a wide range of production equipment
  • PLC fault finding and support across automation systems (Siemens / Allen Bradley)
  • Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery
  • Performing both reactive and planned preventative maintenance
  • Supporting installations, upgrades, and improvement projects
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety and site procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Electrically qualified (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds / HNC/HND or equivalent)
  • Strong electrical skills, with PLC knowledge and automation experience
  • Previous experience in FMCG, process, or general manufacturing environments
  • Mechanical understanding (hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, etc.)
  • Proactive, team-focused, and safety-conscious

Shift Pattern

Panama Days Shift - 12-hour shifts, following a 2-2-3 rotation (Includes every other weekend off and a good mix of weekdays off)
