We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG manufacturing site in Bridlington. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining and improving production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install production machinery including conveyors, packaging machines, and process equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance plant performance.
- Work safely in line with company and industry Health & Safety standards.
- Proven experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Multi-skilled in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexibly across 3-shift patterns.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
