WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a part of the Braze People team, the People Solutions team plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall employee lifecycle and optimizing processes to align with business needs. The People Solutions Coordinator will provide valuable support across various People functions, ensuring accuracy and integrity of our processes and compliance. They will also serve as a key point of contact for all Braze employees on People-related questions and support. This role reports to the Team Lead, People Solutions, and sits within the People Operations function, but will also have the opportunity to work closely with all functions across the People Department.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws, ensuring compliance with a focus on EMEA requirements.
- Support the employee lifecycle by executing key processes in Workday, including onboarding and employee changes, while ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data.
- Serve as the first point of contact for global employee inquiries through our ticketing system, delivering timely, high-quality support in line with our SLAs.
- Partner with cross-functional People teams to route and escalate inquiries as needed, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the People team with ad-hoc projects and operational processes, including background checks, work authorization checks, and internal audits or compliance reviews.
- Maintain and update process documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of People Solutions workflows.
- Contribute as an ambassador for our culture; support People team initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized person who is excited to join a fast-paced and scaling company! Specifically, you have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong service orientation to internal and/or external customers.
- Receptive to feedback.
- Prior experience working with an HRIS system (Workday is a plus).
