WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review and approval of billing and revenue accuracy of sales orders being entered into financial systems.
- Maintaining quality reviews in a high volume transactional environment.
- Perform month end reconciliations and reviews between all revenue cycle systems.
- Assist with financial audits and SOX compliance.
- Work with deal desk/sales/legal to ensure accuracy and rev rec compliance in various systems across the Business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Help lead the quarterly & year end audits and be a point of contact for our external auditors.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly close procedures.
- Assist in maintaining SOX compliance in their respective processes.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience (mix of public accounting and/or SaaS industry experience).
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and SOX compliance requirements.
- Experience with reading and interpreting contractual language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight timelines; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in Salesforce (or any similar CRM), NetSuite and/or Zuora is preferred.
- Ability to undertake other ad hoc analyses and special projects as required.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
