WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Review and approval of billing and revenue accuracy of sales orders being entered into financial systems.
• Maintaining quality reviews in a high volume transactional environment.
• Perform month end reconciliations and reviews between all revenue cycle systems.
• Assist with financial audits and SOX compliance.
• Work with deal desk/sales/legal to ensure accuracy and rev rec compliance in various systems across the Business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Help lead the quarterly & year end audits and be a point of contact for our external auditors.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly close procedures.
• Assist in maintaining SOX compliance in their respective processes.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience (mix of public accounting and/or SaaS industry experience).
• Familiarity with ASC 606 and SOX compliance requirements.
• Experience with reading and interpreting contractual language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight timelines; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in Salesforce (or any similar CRM), NetSuite and/or Zuora is preferred.
• Ability to undertake other ad hoc analyses and special projects as required.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
