We are looking for an inspiring and ambitious Inclusion Support Worker (ISW) to join our skilled and effective team. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in working with children with additional needs and will be working closely with our students to ensure learning can be accessed.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with students with additional needs to ensure learning can be accessed.
- Facilitate the learning and progress of students.
- Help students overcome barriers to learning and raise education attainment.
The successful candidate will hold GCSE A* - C / 9 - 4 or equivalent in English and Maths, have relevant experience of working with students, and will have a sound understanding of how to support and facilitate the learning and progress of students.
In addition, if you are considering a route into teaching, this role is a perfect way to gain experience. With the appropriate qualifications, you could then go on to apply to train to teach with us on our exciting 1-year programme through the School Direct initiative in partnership with Leeds Trinity University and Leeds Beckett University.
