This is a full-time on-site role based in Leicester for a Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care service. The responsibilities of the role include overseeing day-to-day operations and compliance ensuring high standards of care provision. The Registered Manager will lead and support staff teams, develop and implement care strategies, handle budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders is also a key responsibility.

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance, including knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
- Experience in operational planning, resource management, and quality assurance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
