This role is for an all round Dementia Specialist to assist our client, a homecare/domiciliary and live in service, based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire as well as surrounding areas.

They are wanting someone with extensive Dementia experience in the Nursing or Social Care sectors who has a Nursing qualification or part thereof or the equivalent of this in Social Care qualifications.

The job description will involve:

  • Training and supporting Carers who are caring for Dementia clients
  • Community marketing to grow the Dementia client base
  • Locating and reaching out to those needing Dementia care in the community
  • Advising potential Dementia clients and their families on the best possible care going forward for their loved ones
  • Training care staff in the best care for Dementia clients alongside the Care Trainer

Based out of the Leamington Spa office, you will need to be locally based and have a full UK driving licence and your own car. Sponsorship Visas are not available.

The salary on offer is £34,000 - £37,000 + pension after probation.
