Our client is a respected brand in their area and is needing a new Registered Manager to head up their branch in Banbury, Oxfordshire. With the full back up of the owner and her team, this branch will be yours to grow to be the top branch in their network. It offers Domiciliary, Live In and Respite Care for the elderly and those with Autism. Based in a Banbury office once successful, the Registered Manager will work from home initially and will play an instrumental part in building the success of the new office. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside the successful team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete CQC Registration and start to market and grow networks
- Ensure highest safeguarding standards are maintained at all times
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a 'Good' or higher rating
- Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients
- Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
- Recruit, grow and retain high-quality staff while offering strong training implementation
- Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
- Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
- Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support, including care calls where needed
- Support business growth and target new clients

- Competitive Salary: From £35000 - £43000 + performance-based bonus + pension

Qualifications Needed:
- NVQ / QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding results
- Preferably have completed a successful start up branch in the area
- Proven leadership in Care Management / Leadership in a Domiciliary or Live In setting
- UK Driver’s Licence and own car
