Our busy Honda dealership in Orpington is looking to add to our team of Sales Executives. This role would be suitable for established automotive sales executives.
We are offering a high basic salary of £22,500 p.a., linked to an uncapped bonus scheme that is delivering realistic earnings of over £65,000 p.a. for our top performers.
Role & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Sales Manager, you will be focused on ensuring all customers are met to provide a consistent approach to our sales process, with a focus on giving the customer a full 360 sales approach. You will be responsible for optimising the profitability of the dealership whilst maintaining excellent customer relations. Within this remit, you will ensure the effective use of Brayleys sales processes and effective enquiry management, taking customers on a journey from initial welcome through to negotiation and close.
Interact with customers in the showroom, on the telephone or online to deliver a great customer experience. Thoroughly qualify customer needs and explore demands to recommend appropriate additional products that meet their requirements.
Ideal Candidate- Sales experience – in the automotive industry or a similar high value sales environment.
- Experience of delivering first class customer service in a customer facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Drive to exceed targets.
- Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close the sale.
- Full UK driving licence.
