Following the recent acquisition of Johnsons Cars, AWR Holdings UK Ltd have brought together their two respected automotive businesses, Johnsons Cars and Brayleys Cars to form one of the UK’s top 10 dealer groups. This is a defining moment for our business but our ambitions do not end there with plans to grow further.
We’re looking for a high-energy, commercially minded Divisional Marketing Manager to help drive that momentum. This must be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves making things happen, and is excited by the opportunity to help build on something truly special.
Why this role matters
This isn’t just about campaigns — it’s about impact.
You’ll drive all marketing activity across a key division, working closely with Franchise Directors, manufacturer partners, and our central teams to bring campaigns to life, drive performance, and accelerate growth.
What you’ll be doing

Drive campaign delivery – Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver real commercial results

Partner with the business – Work closely with Franchise Directors to shape offers, priorities and local activity

Own your division’s marketing performance – Track results, optimise activity, and turn insight into action

Bring brands to life – Ensure every touchpoint meets both our standards and manufacturer requirements

Lead coordination at pace – Manage multiple campaigns, events and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment

Champion best practice – Keep everything accurate, compliant, on-brand and on budget
What we’re looking for

Proven experience delivering impactful marketing campaigns across multiple sites

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

A confident communicator who builds relationships across teams and partners

Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset

High attention to detail with a passion for getting things right

Energy, pace and the ability to adapt in a changing environment

Automotive experience will be a distinct advantage— but not essential if you bring the right mindset and experience within a similar multi franchise/multi site retail environment.
