Customer-focused Service Advisor at Brayleys Cars Limited in Oxford. Reports to Aftersales Manager. Handles face-to-face, phone and email queries, converting them into workshop bookings and managing the end-to-end customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiries from new and existing customers for workshop usage.
  • Provide outstanding customer service as the face of Brayleys and partner vehicle brands.
  • Achieve team and individual sales targets through added value product sales.
  • Manage vehicle handover ensuring compliance with all processes.
  • Adhere to Brayleys and industry regulations.
  • Participate in the comprehensive training programme during the first 12 months.

Qualifications / Core Skills

  • Influencing skills with confidence to convert enquiries to sales.
  • Excellent customer management skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Professionalism and commitment to process and procedure.
  • Ability to demonstrate the Brayleys Company Principles and treat every visitor as a welcome guest.
  • Experience in hospitality or retail, or the ability to return to work after a career break is acceptable.
