Brayleys Cars Limited, a rapidly growing and ambitious business in the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced Procurement Co-ordinator to add to our growing Procurement team. This role is vital to support the day-to-day running of procurement across the Group.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining supplier records and onboarding
  • Supporting procurement approvals and processes
  • Keeping contract records up to date
  • Tracking renewals and key dates
  • Monitoring off-contract spend
  • Supporting low-value procurement activity
  • Assisting with purchase orders and admin
  • Supporting wider procurement projects

Qualifications

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Good Excel and admin skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
