Our busy Honda dealership in Ruislip is looking to add a Sales Executive. This role is suitable for established automotive sales executives. We are offering a high basic salary of £22,500 per annum, linked to an uncapped bonus scheme that can deliver realistic earnings of over £65,000 per annum for top performers.
Role Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive a consistent approach to our sales process, with a focus on a full 360-degree sales approach.
- You will optimise dealership profitability while maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Duties include effective use of Brayleys sales processes, enquiry management, and guiding customers from initial welcome through negotiation and close.
- You must interact with customers in the showroom, on telephone and online, delivering a great customer experience, thoroughly qualifying needs and exploring appropriate additional products.
Ideal Candidate
- Sales experience in the automotive industry or a similar high-value sales environment.
- Experience delivering first-class customer service in a customer-facing environment.
- Drive to exceed targets.
- Influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and close the sale.
- Full UK driving licence.
