Our busy Suzuki dealership in Grays (Thurrock) is looking to add a Sales Executive; this role is suitable for established automotive sales executives. We are offering a high basic salary of £22,500 p.a., linked to an uncapped bonus scheme that delivers realistic earnings of over £65,000 p.a. for our top performers.
Role Responsibility
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will focus on ensuring all customers are met and provided a consistent approach to our sales process, with a full 360‑sales approach.
- You will be responsible for optimising the dealership’s profitability while maintaining excellent customer relations.
- You will ensure the effective use of Brayleys sales processes and enquiry management, taking customers on a journey from initial welcome through negotiation to close.
- You will naturally and courteously interact with customers in the showroom, on the telephone or online, to deliver a great customer experience, ensuring customers’ needs are thoroughly and accurately qualified and that additional products are recommended appropriately.
The Ideal Candidate
- Sales experience – in the automotive industry or a similar high‑value sales environment.
- Experience delivering first‑class customer service in a customer‑facing environment.
- Drive to exceed targets.
- Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close the sale.
- Full UK driving licence.
