We are seeking a Customer-focused Aftersales Supervisor to join Brayleys Cars Limited’s dealership in Thurrock. It’s a fast‑paced environment where you will be part of the team reporting to the Aftersales Manager. You’ll be putting your people skills to great use by guiding our customers through their service experience and ensuring they are pleased at every step.
You’ll be joining an expanding business that represents Honda Passenger Cars, Honda Motorcycles, Nissan, KIA, Mazda, Hyundai, Renault, Dacia and Suzuki across London, the Home Counties, the Thames Valley, the West Midlands and the Greater Manchester area. Unusually for our industry, the structure and workflows across our businesses mean that we can offer this role with NO REQUIREMENT FOR WEEKEND WORKING.

As part of our aftersales team, you will be responsible for handling face‑to‑face, phone and email queries and converting these to workshop bookings. You will manage the end‑to‑end customer experience. Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Oversee service reception & other advisors
- Progress work through the workshop
- Control WIP & debtors ensuring all work is invoiced and paid in line with company requirements
- Oversee booking diary and raise any concerns with the Aftersales Manager
- Respond to enquiries from new and existing customers who need to make use of our workshop facilities
- Provide outstanding customer service as the face of both Brayleys and our partner vehicle brands while guiding customers through their visit to maintenance and parts departments
- Meet team and individual sales targets through sales of added‑value products such as continuing maintenance plans
- Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with all processes when customers collect their vehicles after repair
- Adhere to Brayleys and industry regulations
