The role
As we're growing, we're looking for an ambitious, high-energy Account Executive to join our team.
This is a great first step into agency life, well suited to a graduate or someone with around a year of experience, who wants to learn fast and get properly stuck in.
You'll provide day-to-day support across our Management and Director team, helping keep campaigns, deadlines and client communications on track across our global accounts.
This role sits alongside our Managers and Directors and offers a clear path to grow into an Account Manager role as you build your experience and confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign and account support
- Support Managers and Directors with day-to-day coordination across multiple client accounts.
- Track project timelines, deadlines and deliverables, flagging any risks early.
- Assist with asset rollout, campaign activation and reporting across paid media, email and content channels.
- Client communication
- Respond to routine client queries and help keep communication channels open and organised.
- Take notes and track actions during client calls and workshops, following up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Summarise client feedback clearly and brief freelancers and specialists, so it is actioned accurately and on time.
- Quality and coordination
- Complete first-round checks on deliverables before they reach Managers, Directors or clients.
- Keep our project management tool (monday. com) up to date, so everyone always knows where things stand.
- Provide general support to the wider team as priorities shift.
- What you'll bring
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, brand, communications agency or in-house role. Recent graduates with a relevant placement or internship are also welcome to apply.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with real attention to detail and a clear, concise writing style.
- Ambition and high energy, with a genuine enthusiasm to learn.
- Curiosity and drive to master a skill and make it your own.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities at once.
- Experience with project management tools such as monday. com is a bonus, not a requirement.
- A proactive approach, with a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
What we offer
- Dedicated support and mentoring from our Managers and Directors, with a clear path to progress into an Account Manager role.
- Space to take ownership of an area and become the team’s go-to for it, whether that is monday. com, reporting, paid media platforms or file organisation.
- A flexible, decentralised way of working: choose where you work best.
You'll have access to our Soho Works office in Central London once a month, with travel paid for from locations in England.
- The chance to work across a genuinely varied client roster, from property and fintech to health and wellbeing.
- A culture that values collaboration, creativity and the wellbeing of our people.
