About Bray St: Bray St is an independent global brand agency partnering with brands at every stage of growth, looking to create a positive impact. We deliver expertise across brand, culture, experience, engagement and growth, working as a strategic partner to solve complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. Our decentralised model gives clients direct access to our proven specialists around the world, bringing agility, precision and measurable impact to every project. We pride ourselves on being a B Corp agency, focused on celebrating and empowering people from diverse backgrounds, further backed by our LGBT founder, who independently owns the agency.
The role: As we’re growing, we’re looking for a detail‑driven, highly organised Account Executive to join our team. This role is about making things happen, ensuring our projects run smoothly, staying on budget, hitting deadlines, and meeting the high standards our clients expect. You’ll be the one keeping all the moving parts in sync, coordinating between internal teams, specialists and clients, from developing and implementing lead generation and demand generation campaigns with a multichannelled approach, including digital media, to asset roll-out and managing campaigns within a project management tool. While you’ll work closely with clients, your focus will be on planning, delivering and quality‑controlling the work, freeing our Account Directors to concentrate on strategic client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign activation: Coordinate with internal teams to hit deadlines for lead generation and demand generation campaigns. Coordinate across creative and specialist teams to keep work moving at pace. Manage delivery of paid media and email marketing campaigns, ensuring activity aligns with feedback, best practices across platforms and aligns with the strategy set out. Keep client communications open, integrate feedback quickly, and align the team on campaign priorities.
- Quality assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control across all deliverables. Complete first‑round checks before work reaches Account Directors or clients.
- Client collaboration: Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients during campaign delivery, activations and asset roll-outs. Support ideation sessions and client workshops, ensuring actions are clearly defined and followed up.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Account Executive or Project Manager role within a creative, brand or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of campaign activation, product launches, go-to-market strategies and lead generation activities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and coordinate across disciplines.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. monday.com or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, able to work with both senior clients and creative teams.
- A proactive approach, with a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
- The types of clients we work with include CVCs, veterinary software, and health and wellbeing; experience in these areas is very much welcomed.
What we offer
- A flexible, decentralised way of working: choose where you work best. You’ll have access to our central London office once a month, with travel paid for if travelling from locations in England, but most of our team works remotely across time zones. We work flexibly, so while you may occasionally join an early-morning or late-evening call, your start and finish times will always balance out on those days.
- The chance to work with a global network of specialists on projects that have a real impact.
- A culture that values collaboration, creativity and the well-being of our people.
- Opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
- 25 days of annual leave as standard.
- Two-week Christmas closure, in addition to your 25 days of annual leave.
- Competitive pension contribution.
If you like making things happen (and making them happen well), this could be the role for you.
